All connections and interactions occur directly between users, at their own discretion and

To protect the integrity and safety of the community, accounts are required to:
• Submit a need
• Offer help
• Use private messaging
Requiring accounts helps us:
• Reduce spam, fraud, and misuse
• Enable private, on-platform communication
• Maintain accountability and community trust
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Platform.

physical addresses)
• Improve clarity while preserving the intent of the request
Only approved, limited information is displayed publicly.

6. Private Messaging & Communications

Lanco Cares provides an internal messaging system that allows registered users to
communicate privately.
• Messages are visible only to the users involved and authorized platform administrators
• Lanco Cares does not initiate, participate in, direct, or supervise conversations
• Users independently decide if and when to share personal information
Lanco Cares does not store or publish private contact details exchanged voluntarily between
users.

7. In-Person Interactions & Personal Responsibility

Any decision to:

• Exchange goods
• Share personal information
is made solely by the users involved.
You acknowledge that:
• Lanco Cares does not verify users or screen interactions
• In-person interactions involve inherent risks
• Lanco Cares has no ability or obligation to supervise, control, or ensure safety
Users assume all responsibility for their actions and decisions.
